It has really been a difficult search of selecting the beautiful contestants for Queen of Emerald Nigeria 2016, after touring about 11 states across the federation. There was indeed a massive turn out.
We appreciate all the managements of the lounges, clubs, Hotels etc that allowed us maximize the use of their premises without charges but decided to support and queue into our vision which is promoting the awareness of Cervical Cancer in Nigeria and beyond.

THE EMERALD NIGERIA AWARD (TENA) Is basically an award for those who has
contributed immensely towards humanity; empowering the youths in the aspect of entertainment, building courage and imbibing the spirit of workmanship in our youths, middle aged & Adult; since our pageant objectives is geared towards humanitarian services -ie emerging beauty Queens whose primary responsibility is to promote the awareness of cervical cancer across the nooks and crannies of the nation and beyond, in order to see that death rate caused by cervical cancer
is been reduced to its barest.
As the popular saying goes "Iron sharprneth Iron" … As a 90% cervical cancer Ambassador & 10% humanitarian service oriented organisation, We thought it wise to acknowledge and commend the efforts of those individuals, NGO's, Companies, Celebrities, Coperate brands & Institutions for their humanitarian impact to the society by Awarding them with 'The Emerald Nigeria Award(TENA).
